- Variety - Our digital press can accommodate most substrates available for custom labels, specialty labels, and flexible packaging.
- Cost Effective – because there are no plates to create, and no film to output fixed costs for short run digital labels and flexible packaging products (as few as 500) are very low in comparison to our bigger presses.
- Flexibility – Our Digital labels can be produced on a variety of label materials including specialty substrates, foils, and films. By utilizing specialty inks, varnishes, and laminates you can create almost any “look” you desire.
- Finishing Options – Our Digital labels can be produced on rolls for hand or machine application. You can also have your labels sheeted in almost any size you want.
- Variable Data Options – Digital printing’s greatest advantage is the flexibility it opens up. With digital printing you can incorporate multiple SKU’s or variable data into any design element in your label. This allows you to customize labels with names from a database, consecutive numbers, multiple barcodes, or multiple versions of the same label. You can also combine several different designs into a run (so long as they are the same size, and ran together).
