Low Price Guarantee
Target Labels & Packaging strongly believes that we can provide the best quality and the best value to our customers. Therefore, we are offering a Low Price Guarantee on all of our Custom Digital Labels. If you find a lower advertised or quoted price on the Internet for digitally printed Custom Labels, and the labels meet the eligibility requirements listed below, you can request a price match. Upon verifying the validity of the price match request, we will offer you the product at 10% below the price you found. You are eligible for a price-match if your request meets the following conditions:
o Our Low Price Guarantee is valid only for comparing prices with other established online custom label business’ that have been in business for at least 1 year.
o Competitor’s labels must be quoted/priced using the same press type, quantities, sizes, shapes, variations, materials, inks, varnishes, adhesives, die-cuts, finishing requirements, and submitted artwork as our quoted price.
o Price match is only valid for current quotes completed on our website.
o Competitor’s quote/price must be current, and include a valid date.
o The competing company must be able to create and provide the product within 2 weeks.
o Competing retailer has to have a legitimate and reachable contact number or email for verification.
o Price match must be submitted within 72 hours after placing a quote request or order on our web site.
When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:
o Prices are compared on the total price of the products listed price, and do not include design, sales tax, and shipping & handling.
o Our Low Price Guarantee offer can not be used in combination with coupons or other promotional offers we have.
o Our Low Price Guarantee offer is limited to (1) order per customer, or per shipping address.
To begin submitting a Price Match request on a competitor's ad please follow the instruction below.
o Send an email to info@targetlabel.com with the following information.
o Your name, address, and contact phone number.
o Product you are interested in getting the lowest price on. Please include press type, quantities, sizes, shapes, variations, materials, inks, varnishes, adhesives, die-cuts, finishing requirements, and submitted artwork as our quoted price.
o Copy of competitor’s quote, which includes all quantities, size and shape, variations, materials, finishing requirements, and submitted artwork. In the event that a copy of the actual quoted price is not available please provide the website address and the label specifications you requested.
